I've been having problems logging into the app for at least 3 months. Tried again tonight and still the same. I can log in on the website but when i go to manage account all I get is "This service isn't available right now " again its been the same for months which is a major pain as I share data. It is an absolute joke

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your My EE app.
If it's been displaying the same message when you go to manage your account for the last three months, I can imagine it's been very frustrating.
I'd recommend uninstalling and then reinstalling your app to see if that solves the issue.
That tends to resolve most issues that are similar to the one that you're facing.

Still not sorted. Have contacted ee and have a complaint reference number dated 19 February and telling me they will get in touch as soon as they can. Absolute incompetents
