Hi.

Is the EE app just for contract accounts? Ive bought just a SIM subscription pack and I don't see this order, or my balance?

My account only shows personal details, nothing about an account number or mobile related details, which is what I was expecting was the purpose of any consumer app.

No, an EE a/c caters for PAYG nos. as well but you won't see any order info in it as until you receive the SIM you can't add its no. to it. When you do receive the SIM, link its no. to your a/c.

I am experiencing the same problem. I have a broadband account which I can monitor ok but my SIM cards don't appear despite being linked. I have had 3 separate conversations with EE technical help but still no resolution. I'm afraid it's pathetic. I've just deleted the app and accepted that I simply won't be able to monitor my bills any longer. Great!

I think if I remember rightly, you have to use the main EE website to link your SIM card with your EE account. Then you can see your account details in the app in some sort of fashion.

Admittedly, EE is not as straightforward as most mobile phone providers, which I'm getting to understand. That's why just a basic PAYGO sim subscription pack, is more than enough interaction for me.
