Verify my account issue

when I log into the ee.co.uk site I'm prompted to verify my account by clicking a link in an email that never arrives. The correct email address is shown, but as the mail never arrives I can't complete the verification. I’ve checked junk & pressed send new link but it never arrives. Can anyone help please?

Could you try doing this on a different device or browser please? Are you receiving other emails OK?

Let me know if you still don't receive the email.

yes ive used another device, iPad, logged into ee.co.uk and still no email in my inbox or junk mail

Have you tried searching for emails from us so it looks through your whole inbox? 
It's always worth a go in case there's a rule in place anywhere that could be redirecting them straight to a different folder.

Hi, yes I’ve searched all my mail. Can it be reset so that I re register to see if that will allow me to setup fresh with my email?

I've just edited your last post to remove your email address, as we recommend not to share this in public. 

This is something we could potentially look into for you, and whilst we don't have access to accounts via this forum, our team can definitely take a look for you. 

If you get in touch with one of our Technical Guides, they'll be able to make sure we've looked at every option we can for getting things resolved.
