I havnt been able to access my app for a number of days saying you are doing maintainence I left it last week thinking it was just that and would be back I have tried again tonight and getting the same message? Whats going on? I have deleted app reinstalled incase it was frozen on my device that has not helped?

I wasn’t able to access app or online however I have tried again this morning and it’s allowed me back on the app so the problem has been resolved thank you

Thanks for trying to delete and reinstall the EE app already, and I'm disappointed to hear you're no further forward yet. 
Is your phone fully up to date with the latest software updates?
Are you able to access your main online account?

Is nothing loading, or are you seeing errors when trying to access your details?
