I have spent all afternoon trying to open the EE app I log in with username and password then when I press next it gos to the bouncing balls then gos back to log in I have deleted and reinstalled the app.

Just tried again and it went strait through with the app all working but I bet next time will have the same problem.

I am sorry that you've had trouble getting in to the EE app, but I am glad to hear it has worked for you later.
If you do have any trouble in the future, try to delete it and install again to make sure it is on the latest version.
If that doesn't help it is worth speaking to our tech guides so they can look into it further for you.
