Navigating around the new version of the app, the inbuilt top up function says "we can't load this information",

This is after tapping on the "Picked out for you" - card; with the Top-up here button & the image of a lady with a hair up in a bun, holding a device in one hand and a white arrow, pointing upwards.

Have cleared cache for the app, uninstalled, reinstalled. It seems the app is always promoted as the way to do things, it's not very useful at the moment. (I know there are other ways to top-up; e voucher, e-card, 150, debit/credit card, web address for fastpayment payg, from another EE sim, Xoom/paypal, Argos/Supermarket, top vouchers, etc)
