EE app Smart Hub 7 Plus

Hi

When i try to connect my mobile via EE app i followed the prompts and get to where it has video of hub and step 1 of 3 dosent go beyond this point. Hub is connected.

Are you looking to set up your Smart Hub using the EE app, or connect your mobile via WIFI to your Smart Hub ?
