I’m having trouble being able to access my account both on the EE app and the website, both saying the information is not available or can’t be loaded?
i am unable to make any changes to my account or check my bills etc.
has anyone experienced this? Is it easy to resolve?

@Silvasurpher if you can’t access your account by the app or online you need to call customer services and request that they reset your online account.

Hi, This is ridiculous!! Everyone seems to be having the same problem and it is obviously a glitch in EE software!! Please sort it!! We cannot access any invoices online when we could before, neither can you find anywhere to ask the question without waiting five hours on a call center, which is work time wasted!!! We need the invoice for our business accounts, and this should be a simple matter for EE to resolve, as it was working fine two months ago. The EE app is no good, as the phones are used by different employees, who are away form the office, and as the book keeper I need to be able to access things online. Surely this is basic for a business account!!!
