Hi there,
I attempted to activate my Xbox Game Pass but it is not active on my microsoft account or my xbox account, and now I can't change the service at all.
Please help as I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving 😞

We don't want you to have any issues activating your Game Pass. Have you selected this as one of your Inclusive Extras?
