EE Website Issues - Since December

For a good few weeks now I've been having issues with the EE website and app. Is anyone else experiencing this and has EE responded to complaints if so? Issues are below.

  • I either get an error message on my profile page, or it's just constantly stuck on loading.
  • Can't check for contract updates although I know I'm due for one.
  • Shop won't load at all, or takes a while and when it does I get stuck in a loop where I click a link and it sends me back to previous page I was on.
  • I'm getting an error message on the app which reads "Sorry, something's gone wrong" it tells me to refresh or try back later but to no avail!

I've been trying to process an upgrade, join EE broadband and add a tablet to my account since December.

This is the same problem for us. We are  a small business and need to access our billing for the past 3 months to prepare our VAT returns. This has to be one of the worst websites I have ever encountered - a real pity as everything else about EE seems great. EE really need to rethink this website - its not user friendly!
