It lets me log in to my EE app but if I click anything like ‘see upgrades’ or anything that takes it to the website, it gives an error & ‘unable to log in at this time’ but the app logs in perfectly fine. Is this a known issue?

I have the same issue & its been persistent after contacting via Live chat numerous times.
“this will be resolved” ive read around 6/7 times now over the past year.

I have spoken to multiple people on the phone on numerous occasions & is apparently being looked into.
if its not rectified shortly then ill be changing providers at the end of my contract. 1.5 years & ive not been able to use any of the features or benefits without going through a Live chat that takes upwards of 1.5 hours to speak with someone & even then a response is not guaranteed as i’ve experienced multiple times
