EE UPGRADE TAB NOT WORKING ??

I want to look at my upgrade options, ive logged into both the mobile app, as well as the desk top EE site, the tab appears to click on - BUT ... it does NOTHING ???? Is the EE website broken ?

I haven't been able to look at upgrade options now for over 6 months.

I am on an upgrade anytime plan, and everything else seems to be working on the EE website - although difficult to navigate to find things that should be easy to find.

I don't want to call 150 as there is always a HUGE WAITING TIME before the call gets answered.

Please assist,  the problem is not at my end it's something wrong with the EE Website.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

If this happens using the app and EE account online, we would need to check the account set up at our end and see what could be causing this for you. To do this, you would need to get in touch with our tech guides on 150 who will have full account access to be able to run through some troubleshooting and if needed open a support ticket to get the upgrade option available online.

Have you tried another browser and tried logging into your EE account and selecting upgrade? 

If so and the same happens, please give us a call on 150 and the team will get this looked into for you.
