EE App

I am new to EE and, so far, have found the App pointless. I have signed up for EE One. Yes, I am getting a good deal on two mobile SIMs, but neither appears in the App. When I called EE, they told me this is a 'known issue'.

I cannot manage my account as nothing is showing up, either in the App or when I sign in online. Very disappointing.

I seem to remember the same issue. I think once a couple of mobile bills had been paid, they were able to link them.

I went from 1 bill on 1 account with BT with an app that worked,  to 3 accounts and 3 bills with EE, and an app which doesn’t always 🤷🏼
