I’ve logged into the app to view my bill and can’t see it anywhere. Just keeps telling me to link my account which I go through the process of and it says my number is already linked. Have tried online also and nothing shows on my account at all
any suggestions? It shouldn’t be this difficult to just view a bill surely!

If you're unable to view your bill through the app or when logging into your EE account online and you're seeing a message advising your account needs to be linked, we'll need to get this looked into for you. Please get in touch with our technical support guides, who can access your account and investigate further to help get everything sorted.
