EE App stuck in login loop

I'm new to EE and expecting my equipment to arrive this week and full fibre installed on Friday. I've set up my account on the website and that's working fine. I've installed the EE App on my android phone, put in my login details, then the code and the app appears to load up but then goes back to the login screen. I've deleted the cache, data, uninstalled the app and rebooted my phone then reinstalled the app, but still the same issue. I have repeated this process 5 times and still have the same results.
