Having the same problem with the App .... again. Making updates again during hours when people want to use it is poor service.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused during maintenance, this is needed for updates and to improve performance in the EE app.
If you have any problems logging into the app today, please get in touch with our tech guides and they can get this looked into for you.

@winegum because they do it when the vast majority of users don’t want to use their EE account. When this happens it’s the minority who are affected. When are EE supposed to do this because there will always be someone who wants to access the account at unsociable hours.
