@DJian Have you called EE, ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee

You could also raise a complaint on the form from the link above at least you will be following the procedure required rather than forcing the hand.

Hi , yes when it first happened and nothing changed , reinstalled plenty of times cleared cache, cookies cream and all

@DJian As long as you complaint is still open and not closed by EE, then they may still be looking at what is going on with your app issue.

Has this been fixed? I renewed my 'BT' services yesterday and am in the process of migrating to the new 'EE' stuff - and I have the same issue with the Android App. I can log into my EE account using the web brfowser app on my laptop, but the Android App loops : Log In Page->Email->Password->Passcode->'Object Moved to Here'-> loop to 'Log In Page'

When this happened yesterday, I called the help line and the person that end seemed unaware of the issue (odd, given that it seems common here) and told me to reinstall the android app (which I'd just installed anyway to replace the BT app). So, I reinstalled and got the same issue. The call centre person then said wait overnight as sometimes these issues are due to the systems not being set up their end (again odd, as I'd told them I could log in ok via my laptop/browser).

Hi , no it's still not working , I called again last week and they have record of me raising it back in March . They told me it's now raised as a complaint so just to wait until they get in touch 😕

Really? Every company is pushing people towards phone apps - and BT is a tech company -and they can't get the log in right in an Android App? I'll call the App support again - on the assumption that more people raising the issue may make them respond sooner.

@SteveTu2 It's an EE app, so nothing to do with BT at all. The EE app is tied to the account and also to your own EE hub once it sorts itself out, some it goes easy for other's no chance.... The web manager may do what you need so do check that out at https://192.168.1.254 but it is unfortunate that some parts have to be done with the EE app.

@JimM11  Yep - I'm using the EE app, having removed the BT one. The point I was making is that BT is a tech company (it's still the BT group isn't it? With EE as part of that group) - and having log in issues on a mobile app is a bit of 'high profile' fault eh?

How is the EE app 'tied' to the Hub - other than using the hub's WAN? Are you saying that the EE app has to have an EE hub?

@SteveTu2 If you wish to control certain aspect's off the EE Hub, then they can ONLY be done by using the EE app and NOT available through the web manager interface.

@JimM11

OK - so not tied to the hub, just a feature in the Android App that's nopt in the browser version.

Do you happen to know what those 'certain aspects' are? As my new hub turns up tomorrow and I will need to configure it to be the same as my current hub - and I don't want to hit a problem I can't resolve without a working EE android app!
