I'm having trouble logging into the EE app on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Each time I try, I receive the following error message: "Sorry, there seems to be a problem."
I'm able to log in successfully via the EE website, so this issue seems specific to the app. I've ensured I have the latest version of the EE app installed, cleared the app cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and confirmed my iPhone is running the latest software update.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for coming to the community.
Do you get the error message after entering the email address and password?
Have you tried changing the password to see if this saves the details and logs you into the EE app?

@Culverhouse , I would suggest ringing customer service and asking them to do an account refresh and then try and register again on the app and see if that clears it up.

If you can call us as @Schockwave has suggested and the team can get the app not loading on the iPhone looked into for you.

Will EE ever actually fix the app? All I see is the same response to everyone. Clear the cache, restart your phone, check the app has the latest update or whatever else. It still doesn’t work! Getting the same message every time I try to log in.

Seems like customer service won’t listen to any of us. Stop telling us these unnecessary steps. The app isn’t working. I haven’t been able to log in once!

@callumjohn28 , if you are still having problems with the app, then you need to ring customer service so that they can reset your account and then you should be able to log in again, most customers do not have a problem. I have been with EE since they were Orange, almost 30 years ago now, and no problem with the app.

Yes website works fine. As for the app. I get the same error message every time.
