EE App Loading Bug

Hi All

The EE app for me this morning is not loading get a welcome to EE and then get a spinning wheel of doom, I can see others with the same issues this morning, was working fine yesterday, seems to be since last night iOS update 18.0.1  anyone else see the same issues - I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but you get the same

This is what happens, and doing the same on multiple devices

This info has already been provided and has almost been a week now seems ee put £££ before customer care and support

Ok thanks but seeing it’s almost been a week without a fix I’m not in much hope for a fix anytime soon, ee SLA is shocking

Anyone else getting this message everytime they go on the app? Don’t want to have to keep reinstalling. Doing my head in!

I know it's not much fun when things don't work as expected. 

Just for my own understanding, have you followed the set up? Are you seeing errors after pressing "next"?

UPDATE

I have spoken with their complaints team today regarding the complaint I raised over the app and they advised me they're fully aware of this issue and they have an influx of calls regarding it and complaints being raised. They've got a dedicated team looking into the issue and they told me that they hope to have this resolved by the end of the month. I have noticed today though that the app starting working again this afternoon, but the notification services have been removed from within the settings so this may be the issue with the app and why we were seeing the spinning wheel on login cause it's trying to connect to the notification services for permissions. They have had a similar issue before and they did resolve it
