Gone to use the EE app today on my Android device and I can get to the main screen and select either "Track Your Usage", "Help", "My EE", or "Log In" it takes me to an EE loading screen and never gets any further.
The app is up to date (Version 4.65.0), I've tried restarting the device and uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still having the same issue.
Any solution ideas please?

Hi @kungfurob
Try going into settings and apps management then find the EE app and clear the cache/data.
Then try again.
