I can't log into my EE account, you've successfully logged out when I try, I'm in Brazil outside the UK and I need to activate this plan call from anywhere 60 minutes £11.40 please I need help.1.40 I need help

@Amorim30 : Are you on contract or PAYG?

 

You've logged into your MyEE by the very fact that you've been able to post here. Go to My EE Mobile in it & then choose Add-ons from its menu.

Can you log into the My EE app? 

 

If so, please select Menu > Plan & Add-ons > Add-ons > Get more add-ons > Roaming.

Have you tried logging into your My EE account online from another browser?
