Gifting data

Hi

Did anyone work out a way to gift data other than on the app? My daughter needs to go out and has no data and I can't gift her any because the app isn't working.

Welcome to the community,

When did you try doing this? Was it when the app was under maintenance? Is it now working? If not, I would suggest ringing customer service, as it looks like it may need resetting, and you should then be able to log-in again.
