Haven’t been able to access my account on line for 6 weeks now - apparently it’s a known issue for “some customers” - anyone else experiencing issues (and been able to resolve it)?

@Iainhm If you have waited 6 weeks then cannot be that important, also why do you assume that you are one of the "some", it may be a completely different issue, although call times are long at present, looks like that is your option.

Thanks for your comment. Perhaps I hadn’t explained myself appropriately - I’ve been in contact with EE for the last 6 weeks without resolution , so wondered whether this was an issue shared by the community - my mistake

@Iainhm It's not a problem and thanks for the reply, does not appear to be much of an issue unless its being posted in another part of the forum, don't look at all parts, they did not hint to you what was going on, possible account issues or something like that?
