Anyone else unable to pay their bill via the app or we website. I have been trying since Friday to do this and still can’t!!

Have you tried deleting the app and downloading the app again to see if you can view and pay the bill?
If this continues, please give us a call on 150 and the team can check everything at our end for you and help you access the billing details in your EE account.

no I can’t as this just comes up every time I try . I pay my bill this way every month but this month I have been unable to

Other ways to pay can be found here or just call 150 or set up a direct debit.
