EE APP - We can't load your information

I can't log into the app to start an online chat as it states 'We can't load you information right now', however this phone number is linked. It has been like this for some time now.

Is there any other way to speak to someone virtually?

You can ring customer service and speak to them, when they are open to answer calls, which will be tomorrow from 0800 hours until 2000 hours at the weekend and until 2100 hours during the week.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
