Device plan Bills/Payments

Where can I view my 'Device' plan/bills on the app or online? When I go to the Manage Bills & Payments section, it only lists my 'Plan' bills/payments. I need to change the direct debit for my device. As it keeps coming out before pay day. I'd already changed the plan's DD date and thought it was meant to automatically change both DD's. But it doesn't.

When you call Customer Service on 150, ask for the Flex Pay billing team, they will be able to align your Device DD date to match your bill DD date. And also make sure both dates are after pay day.

Give CS a call on 150 and they will change the date. You may need to pay the difference between the date changes.

I thought that. But when I called, the lady couldn't change the date either. It wouldn't let her.
