Delete old service from ee id and add new broadband to ee id

My ee id is linked to an old ee phone number which I've passed over to my parent when they needed a new phone quite a while ago, and I recently got a new broadband.

Is there a way for me to unlink the phone number and add my broadband to my ee id

Hi @Lubna4 ,

Thanks for visiting the EE Community 🙂

If you login to your EE ID, you should be able to scroll to the bottom of the home page when you login and select Link a product, and you can then follow the steps from there to link your broadband account up.

In terms of de-linking that would require the user of the phone creating their own EE ID and then you would need to call up and request the account be merged with their ID.
