@HenryMcGovern   If you have lost or had you device stolen you can report this 24/7.  Please see THIS  if this is about anything else you’ll have to wait till business hours.  8am-9pm.

Phone been cut off I get paid 26th I need my phone back on I’m not receiving calls or texts is there anything I could do to help get my phone back on I’ve got important calls and texts that need to come through

@Madscopexz  you pay the over due bill and your line will be reinstated within 24h.   When you took out the contract you agreed to honour the T&Cs of the contract and part of that includes paying your bill on time or you’ll be cut off.  You did agree to that, 

 if you need to change the next billing date to a better day you need to call customer support so this can be arranged but you’ll still need to pay this bill first.
