Hi there,
Does anyone know how I can formally complain to EE?
Some of the call handlers are incredibly unprofessional. One in particular made a major error while processing the change of ownership of my account. I can't quite believe that due to his mistake, my account is frozen for 6 months so I cannot get a new phone! It's laughable that I've been a loyal customer with EE for over 10 years, yet this is the service I receive. I am now forced to consider changing providers as I literally cannot order a new phone with EE. You have put me in a situation where I'm trapped with no options whatsoever, as none of your staff can supposedly reverse his mistake. How is that fair in any way? I will be telling all my friends to avoid EE at all costs.
Thanks,
Annie

@annielavespa1 : You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .
