Chat with us option on the app isnt working or has ridiculous wait times.

I have been trying to discuss an upgrade option with is unclear online,with someone since yesterday evening. A message was posted to advice I would be put through to a guide, regardless of the 6 messages I have posted up since, I am still waiting for a simple acknowledgement.

Have you tried calling EE on 150.

The message system might be busy.
