You can update your address in the EE app, just select View full usage > Settings > Change Billing Address.

Thanks James. That was helpful. Although it might help to clarify where the setting is, in case anyone else has trouble spotting where to click. (similar to @Katie_B's post above)

In the app (on android as of 12.Jan.2024) tap Manage > Scroll to Control Centre and tap View Full Usage > scroll to Settings and tap Check Settings > Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Change Billing Address

You may be prompted to go through a security check then you can change your address. Having spoken to someone in store earlier today, it might take up to 48 hours to update through all the systems so please bear this in mind)
