Don't have under Account Settings except for login as of 13 Dec 2023, email or ph no only, Under Basket >> Manage Account menu >> Pin to mobile to update address.

Plans & subscriptions >  Mobile > Scroll down to Settings > Scroll down to Change Billing Address.
