To change the address, please log into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Account Settings > Your address and then change.

Hi. I changed my address in my account settings online hoping that they will change it as well in my April bill but when I checked my bill, the address was still from my old house. And I want it changed to my new address since I am going to need it as proof of address for a job that I am applying.

If your bill was already produced before you made the change, it would still show your previous address.

If you've made the change this should reflect on your next bill.

You can change your billing address in the Plans & subscriptions section of your My EE account.
