You can update your address within your My EE account by following these steps within the app:

Menu > Settings > Scroll down to Change billing address.

Thanks for coming here. 

If you log into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Account Settings > Your address and change this to your new address.  

If you are unable to do this, please call us on 150 and the team will get the address updated for you.
