Hi I recently got my son a mobile with EE as they are merging with BT. Previously had mobile with BT. Anyway set it all up and could see all the info etc for data and phone on the app and website. However since my bt broadband and TV has gone over to EE all I can see when I log in is this and the mobile is no longer on there, im very confused as have searched and searched. Any ideas as when I click either bills and payments or my services the mobile is not listed.

If your broadband is still with BT your log ins will remain separate.

My apologies, I missed the part when you stated the broadband has also moved across.
