Log in to the app fine. Go to shop to see upgrade options, continually get the message as per screen shot.

We'd need to get one of our guides to access your account and see what's restricting that page from being displayed.
To speak with a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

No difference - exactly the same message, I'm using a totally different laptop on a different Wi-Fi connection.
