Cant log in to my EE. I dont get the reset mail. Seems like its a common problem

Hi @Per1 

Is it your normal My EE account that you're looking to log into? Have you checked your spam/junk folder and you're definitely using the correct email address to log in?

@Per1   If you trying to do this via the my EE app it doesn’t work ( don’t know why ) you need this on a pc/tablet online. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
