Tried for 2 days to add a credit card to my mobile plan for recurring payments. Add all the card details then next screen for 3d secure just errors on load. Tried 3 devices, web and app, and different internet all error. Just joined ee and not happy.

If this is for direct debit of your monthly bill I don't believe you can set that up on a credit card. If you call EE CS on 150 they can add a card to your account.
That error normally means you have some ad blocking software in place.

Its not a direct debit using a credit card would be a continuous credit card payment.
Def not add blocking software i dont use that and have tried 3 different devices. And 2 different internet connections do the same thing.
I will resort to phone up i think which prob means sitting on hold for ages just because their form is broken
