My husband cannot log into his EE app or online. Cannot reset/change password. Is there a problem specifically with Android phones? He can’t even check his account. EE advisor conversation just said there’s a problem, reset his password on account and reactivated account but this has been going on for about 2 weeks. Still not sorted. What’s happening?

I’m sorry to hear your husband’s been unable to log in to his account online or through the EE app.
Since this has continued after speaking with our team and having the password reset, I’d recommend getting back in touch so they can investigate further and escalate the issue if needed.
