Data Gifting

Same.  In fact since jan 1.  Don’t work.  How do we report ee for denial of paid for service.  This is very poor indeed.

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with the data gifting service this month. Have you attempted to gift through both the app and the website and does the same error happen on both? 

If you are unable to gift on either platform I would recommend reaching out to our technical team so they can investigate the issue, they can also gift the data you need in the meantime whilst they help.
