When trying to link a EE product (New Mobile contract) to my existing EE account it gets stuck in a loop and says this is unavailable, has been happening for months now.
The webpage requests the phone number, sends a text code to verify the person then loops back to the first page after the code has been entered.
Any one know of an email I can contact the resolve this manually?

Welcome to the community,
There is no email to contact EE, if you cannot contact them by phoning them, then you can ring them using something like Skype or any other phone for free:

Have you tried different browsers or just the one browser?

I have the same issue , since the 6th March. I have tried Edge and Chrome, on my phone on Chromebook and Work Win 10 laptop . Broadband is the same, cannot link that either?
