EE account not found

Greetings. I’ve been with EE for over 6 months now. And still nothing is showing up in my EE app. I’ve contacted EE twice but still nothing. Has anyone else had this issue???

What did EE CS tell you. 

Did you ask them to delete your online account and then tried registering again.
