I’ve just moved to the UK and I’ve been trying to get a plan, preferably online. One of the live chat helpers told me it was possible to do it online. I had signed up for and purchased a sim only plan. The transaction went through and it said they’d contact me for further questions. I had to use a friends number for the order phone number since I can’t use my US number and the live chat helper told me I could do that. Never called, the purchase was refunded and I never got the sim card. I’m leaving the country for a couple weeks in two weeks from now and I really, really need it. I don’t know why the order got cancelled but I never got an email or anything about it.
