Welcome to the community,
Have you uninstalled the app, rebooted your device and reinstalled the app? If you have, I would ring customer service and get them to do an account refresh, this often solves the problem.
Are you able to ;log-in via the website to your account, by any chance?

It not my phone it the website and app there both not working I have try on other people phones and still not working

Have you tried the steps Schockwave mentioned above? Uninstalling the app and re-installing it?
If that doesn't work, give our Customer guides a call and they can take a look into this for you.

Please give Customer Service a call where a guide in the technical team can check your accounts are set up correctly, and refresh the access if needed.
