If you’ve already tried the suggested steps and you're still having issues managing your account, I'd recommend getting in touch with our team over the phone.

They’ll be able to access your account, investigate further, and escalate if needed.

The problem is at your end so please sort it. Obviously as many people have the same problem it must be you.

EEmust sort this out for it’s customers. Stop thinking it’s an individual problem, it isn’t. Who is the CEO now please?

If you are having trouble logging into your account to make a payment then you can call 150 and use our automated service to do so, or you can use our faster payment page to make a payment without logging in.

If you're not able to pay your bill due to financial difficulty then we do offer a range of support options to help you with this.

If you are having difficulty with any part of our service then I would recommend speaking with our team, who will be able to log that you're impacted, and work to get this recitified. You can also make a complaint if you're not satisfied.

I've been having the same problem for the past 3 weeks.  After insisting a phone call back from Tech, they only just found out how to fix it 10 mins prior (not the back office team working the main issue but the front line Tech team that are just as frustrated as all the other customers not getting any answers to the issue).  Turns out a bunch of customers had their contact number accidently deleted from their account.  Once this was added back in to my account, I was instantly able to access both the EE App and Manage my account via a browser. Good Luck!
