For several months I have been unable to access my account on the website or app. In store staff couldn't assist. Get a message saying having trouble connecting and to try again later. As I say this has been going on for months.

Are you seeing the error as soon as you try to login on the app and the website, or is it happening after you have logged in and go to view part of your account?

Heyyyy, just wondering has your issue been solved? I’m having the same problem at the moment for over a month, called 150 several times but still no one could fix it 😭

I'm sorry your online account issue hasn't been resolved after you've called in. Did you discuss the next steps with our tech team to see if they can get this looked into?
