Can't log in to My EE on website

Why is it so hard to use this website. Every way of logging in just goes to a blank screen with the word BLOCKED across the top. All I want to do is purchase a £1800 phone so I guess that aint going to happen any time soon.
I can't ring 150 because my phone speakers are bust, hence wanting a new phone.
But I can't buy one because I can't log in to the website.
Seriously actually it would be far less bother just to go to Curry's and buy the phone and just get a SIM and to hell with EE and the 25 years of custom.

Are you using a VPN.
It normally means your IP is restricted.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
