Hi all,
I recently took out a business sim on monthly contract. I got a sim in the post and activated it and then ported my old number over which has all gone through. I am still unable to link my number to my account, getting the message we are unable to find any products matching the number.
Any help?

Have you tried registering on the EE website first.
Does your ported number work ok, people can call/text.
