I am trying to link my new sim in my phone to my EE account. I get to the point in the process where I say that I pay the bills for the phone and then it says 'We're having trouble linking your products'. It's been like this for 2 days now.
Is there anything to fix this?

I have the same problem. And my phone number has already transferred from Lebara to EE. Now I'm still can not link my number to device

Could you check your balance and pack on our automated service by calling 150, @Guangzhen? If your account has been topped up or your pack is active, you should be able to link the account.

Yep. After reading your reply, I found that my balance was indeed 0 (this month's phone charge had been paid when I applied for the SIM card), and then I recharged 15 pounds through the website. Now the balance is 15 pounds. However, it's still unable to link the account.

I had the same problem. I bought a PAYG SIM and mobile in an EE shop, it was active (I could make and receive calls and tetxs), and I topped up the balance on 150. I still got the error in the original post. I went to online chat and the agent linked it to my MyEE ok, but it's not a great experience to have to go through an agent to do this.

I am abroad and I have exactly this problem for linking my PAYG SIM to my account, yesterday I topped up 10 pounds by helping third partty because I can't call that phone number or text in that services what is in contact information page from abroad, but I couldn't link SIM to my account, please help me to do it.
