Can't access my EE account

Hi - I have a login and get into the EE site OK. Then I see a page that says Register but when I try to add my mobile no it says: An account holder and main user for this number already exist. However, I can't see my account, can't see a 'settings' or manage my account menu. Can anyone help please?
